[b]Appearance:[/b] She has a pair of striking, light, almost icy blue eyes, and long brown hair often kept up in a ponytail. She sports a respectable bust size, and has soft, pale, white Caucasian skin. However, on her back are a set of terrible burn scars, some of which have two small hole scars at their center as if a pair of prongs pierced into her skin. She stands at the height of 5’7”. Casually she tends to wear a black outfit with a skirt, alongside a pair of boots of similar black coloration.

[b]History:[/b] Mina is the daughter of a wealthy businessman, Jonathan Frank Kreiger, who had moved into Denver to bring the city into his realm of influence in selling hospital supplies and investing in hospitals for profit. Consumed with his work, it left his wife and daughter alone to their own whims with his face being so rare it would be a notable surprise to see him at home. His wife, a younger woman than he who had been married to him for financial reasons by both of their families, resented her life in this respect. She did her best to take care of the one child they had, caring for her more than her husband any day. Though with the lack of intimacy in her life, she began having an affair and relationship with an also young college girl who worked at her favorite coffee shop. This was a thing his husband didn’t even manage to notice or would have cared about at that. 

It was in this household Mina existed, a trophy of her father for her high intelligence, and cared for by only her mother and mother’s lover (whom she herself became attracted to a ways) when it came down to it. Often she could hang out on the streets with her mother’s lover, Helen, and walk around to get to know the people in the area, parahuman and not, who lived in the less well-to-do areas. The two became friends, though Mina always hid her own feelings towards Helen in return. Even so, she made many acquaintances and contacts in her adventures with Helen, and became a bit of a rebel as well. 

At the time, her goal was to take over the family business and bring some much needed help eventually to the people she knew and those on the lowest levels. Not from some high horse as a rich girl, but as someone who literally was among them on the streets and talked with, saw, and helped them on a normal basis with actual care.

However, after years of life, a year ago Mina underwent an event that would forever scar her. A rather new and violent but minor gang grabbed her one night, new people to the city from out of town who wanted to claim the area as their territory. They stripped her bare, and attached her to a welded metal “X” alongside several other girls. They did unspeakable things to the other girls taken with her, amongst which included various forms of torture. One girl was even bled her to death, and then when coming to her they decided to “draw out” her torment due to getting tired for the night. They stood around her, putting some gasoline on her back, and shot modified tazers into her back. Between the searing fire and pain from the tazers, this caused Mina to trigger before they could try to do more, and the end result left the gang members electrocuted and dead on the ground before she passed out. 

Waking up, she found herself in Helen’s soft arms, surrounded by many of the locals she’d come to know over the years. As it were, another local group of mixed humans and parahumans, many of which were partial to her and Helen, had come to the rescue after Helen escaped being nabbed herself and went to them. They had taken her in, helped her even due to wanting to avoid hospitals and proper officials getting wind of another parahuman due to fears about the government doing something to her. Overwhelmed by emotion, Mina simply cried into Helen’s arms for a time, before the offer from one man to train her came up. She accepted, then spent a few hours getting ready, taking off bandages, and finally getting home again. 

Her mother cared nothing for her transformation, simply that she was ok. But the experience had changed Mina. She got tutoring from the locals she knew among the more hidden parahumans in Denver, and took to her own vigilante and at times villanous acts on some nights under the name “Alloy”. Though she also took to stealing from stores at times as well to get things, and whilst her original goal never changed, she didn’t pull Helen into what she did (nor her mother). Albeit, Helen always seemed more aware of things than her mother did by far.

Then eventually she was approached, given an offer that seemed to tantalizing to refuse. Her mother didn’t mind anything as long as she was safe, feeling Mina was getting better time out there than cooped up at home with a nonexistent family. Besides, getting paid and having a way to use her powers seemed to be fun enough a concept as it was.

[b]Derangement:[/b] The effects of her trigger event have made her masochistic, or in other words she gets pleasure out of pain. This was how her mind coped with the pain, and how her powers came to affect her mind. Though she doesn’t seek out crazy things, like harming herself badly/moderately or doing drugs, she does enjoy the sensations and things like BDSM seem attractive to her among other things. 

[center][h3][b]Parahumanism[/b][/h3][/center]

[b]Details:[/b] The user's skin is naturally over time being replaced by a layered, organic-metal alloy that disperses damage highly efficiently and provides protection for the user. This layered alloy skin provides protection of on the level that a direct hit from an RPG or rocket launcher would be dispersed without any harm to the "skin" at all. However, even in this example the pressure wave from the explosion still harms the internal organs and such inside the body beyond the protection of this "new skin" and causes damage there. 

The effects of this organic-metal alloy also causes this “new skin” and all internal damage to be regenerated/healed rapidly. The more of this "new skin" there is the faster the healing/regeneration becomes as well. However, this does not mean damage cause internally cannot inhibit the user for a time, or leave them vulnerable in a fight. It does mean, though, that with more of the "new skin" covering their body the more quickly they can recover and continue in a fight from any harm taken.

Were the entire body to be covered in this organic-metal alloy "skin", additional layers would then be grown over old ones, increasing the user’s overall physical size temporarily over time as a natural result of this. Furthermore, the origin point where this "new skin" starts growing from is her back, a detail connected back to the nature of her trigger event. 

Then there is their secondary power, an electrokinetic power able to generate/discharge/manipulate electricity that can also be used to generate electromagnetic forces. In other words, the user can generate, discharge, and manipulate the direction/movement of their own generated electricity, form electromagnetic fields by infusing electricity into different objects or concentrating it in the air to form said fields, create balls of concentrated electricity in their hands from which bolts of electricity can be fired off till the ball is run dry, as well as absorb and discharge electricity gathered from other sources such as street lights or cars or other such things. 

This secondary ability grows in power/potency as the change in the user's skin spreads more and more over the user’s body, and on the average this power allows for the use/manipulation of enough electricity to power 6 middle-class homes for 6 hours nonstop. Though all of this power does come at a cost when the secondary power is used. 

When using this secondary power, it visibly consumes the organic-metal alloy that is the user's "new skin" to power it, the "new skin" seeming as if it is being disintegrated as it is being reverted back to normal human skin in the process. Then when they are not using the secondary power, the primary power that causes the transformation of their skin begins to spread again right away. 

[b]Limitations:[/b] 

-Their secondary power is strong, but the more it is used the weaker it and their primary power gets. Whereas waiting for the primary power to spread enough before each battle afford the user the maximum efficiency in power usage.

-However, as this change in their skin spreads, they become heavier and more dense, making something like being dropped into water a dangerous thing, etc.

-The more they use this latter secondary power, the more it causes the primary power to reverse and transform their skin back to its normal as the alloy this "new skin" is composed of is consumed to power the secondary power. Upon reaching the point of all of this “special skin” created by the primary power disappearing, the secondary power becomes incredibly weak, equal to maybe a small and somewhat weak stun gun that requires physical contact to actually use. 

[b]Equipment:[/b]

-A well-insulated black fanny-pack-style pack she wears her right hip, to protect her personal effects when using her powers in or out of costume

-A silver-colored, metal facemask that covers her entire face, a metal one in the form of the smiling theater mask. With this is a blue, one-piece swimsuit style garment with a silver stripe running down each side, long sleeves, and no boob window. Along with this is a pair of black, fingerless gloves with metal plates contained in a middle layer on the palm and back of the hand to facilitate the use of her powers more.
