[@Kuroyomihime] Alright, I fixed it up a bit. Head is now just an april fools cosmetic, gun fists are more like a refined Sedgley OSS .38, perks have been swapped around so he's just tankier and a touch more buff.

also gave him more credits because he has nothing to buy
