Penelope let out a small gasp as Crow dragged her down with him. She looked wide eyed at the drunk thief as she was closer to him that she had ever been before. She froze there in his arms, unsure what to do. As Crow began to drift off to sleep, Penelope relaxed a little but didn’t immediately move from her spot in his arms. Being so close to him and having no one else around besides a sleeping Hartley, she felt reluctant to move. “You’re crazy when you’re drunk...” She said softly,a hint of affection seeping into her words. She quietly studied his face for a moment longer, her heart still beating fast as she reached out to gently brush a strand of hair out of his face. [i]I’m glad to hear you think I’m beautiful..[/i] She thought to herself, a small smile crossing her lips. Feeling a bit impulsive, she leaned down and kissed his cheek. The knight carefully slipped out of his arms and stood up to make her way over to her own bed. She laid down and quickly threw the blanket over her head as her face was still burning from the whole ordeal. She frowned as she recalled the comrades she left behind, once again feeling a pang of guilt even though it was the only option she had if the mission was going to succeed. Then she recalled the two thieves getting drunk and once again her cheeks began to turn pink at the thought. She buried her head in her hands for a moment and took in a deep breath. It would take sometime for her to just completely forget about that. The knight rose to her feet and walked over to where Hartley was, avoiding even looking in Crow’s direction. The boy was still fast asleep so she nudged the mat he laid on and cleared her throat. “Come on, time to get up.” She announced
