Powers - Can change the density of objects, Meaning he can "Ghost" through solid objects. Or the opposite he can make things that are soft solid as diamond. 
Age - 20 
Weaknesses - Laws of physics (If he changes certain types of matter about, a state change is still possible and can lead to explosive or corrosive results.) Changing his bodies density burns calories at a ridiculous rate and quickly becomes painful and hazardous to his health. The most notable is without the suit he developed his body reflexively shifts its state.He struggles with breathing and consuming solid foods. Making him appear asthmatic and he prefers a liquid diet..
BRIEF Bio - Science was a pastime for Chuck, always messing in things making napalm in his bath tub, pipebombs from his dads shed...He wasn't a bad kid, he just like to see what would happen if. As most kids who love science, he grew up to really get a passion for it, and when college students get an Idea, that could "totally reinvent the wheel dude!" With a few years in project that was probably one of the most terrible ideas since the Frankenstien monster. He and his team made a way to catch the therotical dark matter, or at least thats what that reaaaaalllly long equation suggested. Of course what ended up happening is they machine required more energy to maintain than to actually turn on, so one of his juniors simply unplugged it thinking that would turn it off...And the rappidly slowed matter figured out that it was no longer being brought to a halt, and blasted back to its regular routes, in turn creating a chain reaction that left Chuck with his most interesting experiment to date! 
Appearance - 5'11 185lbs, his hair has speckles of blue and yellow throughout giving him a much more relaxed look than he would like. His eyes are also as distorted as his hair, on blue the other yellow.
