[@Lucius Cypher]Escape Route needs a range limit.  Disruptive Attack can't be a guaranteed thing, and it shouldn't interrupt all types of magics. If someone has already casted holy aura they shouldn't just lose it due to a single skill. The same can be said of fury axe it needs a list of things it can, and can't effect. The items still need a proper rarity.

As for NPC's I would say yes but they'd probably be chaotic evil in a guild hall full of mostly lawful npc's and it wouldn't end well at all. On top of that they're already extremely xenophobic. Grey's authority only reaches so far.
