How is it not? Beta: "I wish New York City wasn't such a terrible place in general." This statement alone implies that the existence of New York City would be better without the terrible elements, generally. A nuclear warhead would remove those elements, but the fact that it would remove [i]every other element[/i] along with it is where the corruption comes in, clearly XD
