Just to make sure, what do you classify secondary characters under? I mean, if one wanted to do a character in the Ghosts, what would they expect from the RP? I'm curious.

Secondary characters are like NPCs that only YOU can control. They aren't required to be in every post and can be used for plot convenience. For a Ghost, they could have several plot posts inbetween key events as a way of striking up violence, however posts for them would have to happen far later as I want to keep them a mystery for a while. Also, the Ghosts are going to be a major plot point in the latter part.
