[@Sketcher][@Balthazar007] Well there's nothing that prevents you from making cool strats with Pokemon from multiple tiers, but I agree that the current rules may be a bit overly complicated.

I think the restrictions on Legendary, Mythical and Psuedo-Legendary Pokemon is fine and makes sense, they are meant to be rare after all,  and I'm on board with a maximum base stat total to keep things balance. But the tier restriction on top of that is a bit much, a restriction of only one Uber and only one OU is probably good enough.
