[@King Cosmos][@Sketcher] have been pretty involved in this conversation so far. If the decision is unanimous, I will lift the one Pokemon per tier restriction and re-implement the base stat restriction. This does not apply to the [b]one Uber and one OU [/b]that you will be allowed in later rounds of the tournament.
