Bradley was stalking her now. That was too much like five years ago and it gave her the heeby geebies. She was quiet in the Uber after telling the driver where to go and letting Ash get in. She wanted to be around people she knew. No offense intended to present company. She'd normally love to get to know new people and they seemed like good people. But she was shaken up. She realized this after the Uber pulled up to the restaurant. As the driver said what the fair was she rounded it up for a tip and her third at least. Handing him the money she got out of the car. Helping Capella out of the car Siobhan smiles absentmindedly at Ash. “I'll have to rain check you gentlemen. Something came up. I'll leave you my card and we'll do lunch another time.” Siobhan handed out two business cards to Ash with her email address on them. The cards were black matte with silver embossed lettering with her name and email on one side and occupation and quote on the other. Siobhan Murphy Portrait, Digital and Sculpture Art. “No dream is small.” “Make sure to take care of Capella. I don't know braille but I'm sure someone can let him know what's on the card.” She shook Ash’s hand and patted Capella on the shoulder. Waving she left them at the restaurant. Walking around the corner she called up Milo. Wanting someone to at least talk to that she knew. As the phone rang she leaned on the side of the building. When Milo answered she identified herself without preamble. “Hey Milo. It's Vaughn. Thought I saw you earlier at the park. Wanna have lunch? If you're busy I understand. I...don't think Paige is out of the gym yet. I don't know. I called you first.” She winced. At the on edge tone in her voice plus she was rambling. She never did that. If it had been Paige on the other end the next words would have been “What's wrong?”. Hopefully Milo didn't pick up on that but he might. He was pretty insightful. Milo was good people and she knew him. Knew he was safe. She shook her head at the paranoid thoughts racing through her head a million miles an hour. Must be all those talk shows from Joel's garage rubbing off. Dear god he'd have picked up on it the second I started talking. Then I'd have to explain and freak him out, possibly. Or piss him off. I am so not doing that. Besides calling him would seem needy. I don't live in his pocket and don't want to, though the view would be nice. I need to deal with this on my own. I'm open to suggestions but it's my mess and I have to clean it up. I'll ask if I need help.
