"Kay." Elie stuffed one hand inside her pocket and began inspecting everyone. They had a little group. I guess staying with them wouldn't mind. I mean, they looked fine and they had pretty good fighters. She stared down at her hands turning them into fists. She gently put her weapon down on the floor and sat. "I'll stay here, too." Elie noted crossing her arms and checked if her weapon was still beside her. "Good." The red of the fire extinguisher touched her lap. Elie remembered earlier that day, Lucky was bothering her for food. She was always happy around him. He fulfilled her world. He jumped around attacking her playfully for a biscuit. She giggled, laughed but noticed it was time for work. God, if only she didn't go to work. She could've faked she was sick. Elie bit her lip, thoughts were attacking her head. She had never been worried about something so badly. Wait. This wasn't just something. That something was important. That something was Lucky.
