Date wise, this is the present. He's been watching for awhile and waiting on the right moment to appear.

As for when the crossover effect takes hold, anyone who wants to jump in still has time to get their affairs in order. I want to rough [@Sep] up a little first. There'll be a clear opening after the initial fight.
