You can introduce them however you see fit. After reading the earlier IC posts, I gather that you guys just got done fending off some assailants sent to get revenge. Guess you could have them heading to the guild from opposite directions. They then see the damage and aftermath of the fighting, staring in shock, and quickly ask Bart what's going on. 

Vara can comically refer to Bart by her aforementioned nickname she had given him, and the guild leader can ask Nagare to help tend to the injured.
