It is also home to West Septoh's Pokemon Lab, which is home to Professor Lukoo, an expert in the origins of Pokemon.

Shamba Town is a small farming community. For the most part, not much happens around here, unless you are a gym battling trainer. Shamba Town is home to West Septoh's "Earth/Grass" arena, which is led by Gym Leader Jomo and his daughter, Head Coordinator Mbali. There is of course a Poke Center and a Poke Mart in the town, but they are modest in their products and services, offering only the basics.

Zanna Town is a small mountain community that survives off Septoh government assistance for being the oldest known inhabited town in the region. Due to its difficult to reach nature, it is not a hot spot for tourism, but it is on every hiker's and historian's bucket list. The Zanna library is full of Septoh history, but the most interesting of tales can be found by talking to the elderly.

Like much of West Septoh, Manu City's economy centers on tourism. Nearly a third of the working population here are tour guides. These guides take small groups to explore the three diverse routes that connect at Manu. Manu is also known for having countless restaurants and shops that sell food and items from all over West Septoh. Finally, once known only for its daytime shopping and cuisine, Manu City is now the home to a thriving night life, courtesy of the new dance club that opened recently.

Brill Town is the largest "town" in all of Septoh. In fact, many people refer to it as the smallest "city" instead. Either way, this location's main attraction lies in it's center. Here you will find the Fossil Laboratory. Trainers may bring fossils here in order to be revived at no cost; the facility receives funding from Septoh's government. All the staff asks is to examine the Pokemon's health for a few hours before release.

Nestled between two small mountains, this oasis town is a welcome slice of paradise for weary travelers. There are numerous spas which are free for Pokemon Trainers, and the oasis itself is a public swimming hole. The large government building in the middle of this town not only acts as it's own city hall, but it is also home to West Septoh's "Pokemon Habitat Protection Agency".

Valpisa Town is a small town built on the side of a steep mountain. It is an artist's paradise, especially if that artist is looking to see the sunrise over Septoh. Beach goers, surfers, and cliff divers alike, flock from all over to visit this town. For trainers, it will take thirty minutes of nonstop hiking up the steep mountain behind the town to reach the Sky Arena, a remodeled castle with a perfect view of everything.

Kope Town is a medium sized town. In fact, it's ALMOST large enough to be called a city. Alas, the jagged mountains that frame Kope Town will prevent any future expansion. The markets here are alive from sun up to sun down. Take a walk around; you never know what you will find.

Jimmal City is the largest city in West Septoh. In fact, all other towns and cities in West Septoh combined have less than half the population of this one city. As far as the entire Septoh region however, this massive city comes in fourth. Where Jimmal City falls short in population, it more than makes up for in history. It is the oldest large city in all of Septoh and is often regarded as the spiritual capitol of the region. However, in recent years, the spirit of Septoh may have fallen ill. Crime here has reached an all time high and continues to climb.

Hoko City is the second largest city in all of Septoh. It is the main point of entry for all commercial boats and large passenger boats, and it is subsequently the financial capitol of the region. All locks of life, from the rich to the poor call this city home. Recently however, the entire city and all of Central Septoh, for that matter, have begun heavy monitoring of their boarders, especially the boarder with Western Septoh. Apparently, a new crime organization has been forming in Western Septoh, and they do not wish to let them spread.

Points of Interest

Muzin Beach is well worth the long hike from Wanzo Town. The weather is nearly always perfect here, not too hot and not too cool. And there is no need to bring food for your picnick, as the shoreline is abundant in fruits, nuts, and edible plants. Pokemon Families: * [Common] Luvdisc are active 24/7 but only surface at sunrise and sunset. With a fishing rod, they can be brought to the surface at any time.* * [Common] Qwilfish are active 24/7 but require a fishing rod to bring to the surface. * * [Uncommon] Cherubi and family are active during the day, hiding among Cheri Berry bushes.* * [Uncommon] Bruxish are active 24/7 but require a fishing rod to bring to the surface. * * [Uncommon] Sandygast and family are active at night, but they move carefully to stay hidden. * Items in the Area: * [Common] Float Stones can be found along the shoreline. * [Common] Cheri Berry bushes can be found at the forest's edge.* * [Uncommon] Small Pearls can be found along the shoreline.* * [Rare] Big Pearls can be found along the shoreline.*

The Eclipes Spa & Daycare is one of Septoh's biggest attractions, set in the middle of Septoh's largest plot of privately owned ranch, owned by Larry and Jacqueline Ray (the region's reigning Grand Champion and Top Coordinator). This was their first home together, before they decided to re-purpose it and move to Central Septoh a decade ago. Trainers can come here to relax and pamper their Pokemon for free. Or, for [sub]₽[/sub]2 a day, trainers can leave their Pokemon in the care of the excellent on-site breeding staff. Pokemon Families: * [Common] Meowth and family are active during the day. They wander the property and are sometimes fed by the breeders.* * [Uncommon] Cottonee and family are active during the day. They float around the property freely.* * [Rare] Tauros are active during the day. They wander the pastures freely, hiding among regular cattle.* * [Rare] Miltank are active during the day. Legend has it, a mysterious fire can sometimes be seen burning atop the monolith, however, it is not volcanic. The source of the fire has never been confirmed. Pokemon Families: * Pokemon have only been known to gather here during sightings of the mysterious flame. Otherwise, there is nothing in the area to draw their interest.* Items in the Area: * There are no known items in the area.*

Cloud Temple lies at the end of a long tropical forest, at the edge of a plateau. Most of the temple has perished to the test of time, but many old pillars still stand. While it is one of the world's most legendary places, not many people visit due to the difficult path that must be traversed to get here. Pokemon Families: * [Common] Spearow and family are active at sunrise and sunset. They nest among the pillars and nearby trees.* * [Uncommon] Hoothoot and family are active at night. They nest among the pillars and nearby trees.* * [Uncommon] Natu and family are active 24/7. People from all over the world come here for a glimpse at the past. There are a few amenities here, such as bathrooms and general supply stores, but otherwise, the place appears mostly untouched. Behind the scenes however, it takes a lot of work for historians, architects, and construction workers to keep the buildings here preserved against the elements. Also, trainers like to come here for the unique Pokemon that call this place home. Pokemon Families: * [Common] Unown are active at night here. During the day they sleep, at night they populate this city.* * [Uncommon] Natu and family are active 24/7. They nest in the rooftops of these city ruins.* * [Uncommon] Yamask and family are active at night. They appear when you least expect them.* * [Rare] Sigilyph are active 24/7. They use their psychic powers to become invisible when they are scared.* Items in the Area: * [Rare] Brick Pieces in pristine condition can be found near certain buildings, but taking them is illegal.* * [Rare] Relic Gold can be found on occasion after a wind storm exposes these historic artifacts.*

Routes
Routes are labeled based on the areas they connect. The road can be divided into two halves. The western half is a beautiful forest situated in the low lands, while the eastern half is a stretch of equally beautiful, cascading hills. (It takes about 12 hours to walk this route.) Pokemon Families: * [Common] Kricketot and family are active around dusk and dawn. They are all along this route.* * [Common] Patrat and family are active 24/7, but mostly in the route's western half. * * [Uncommon] Hoppip and family are active during the day, but mostly in the route's eastern half. * * [Uncommon] Buneary and family are active during the day. They are all along this route. * * [Rare] Tauros are active during the day, but mostly in the route's eastern half. * Items in the Area: * [Common] Cheri Berry bushes can be found in the western, forested stretch of this route.* * [Uncommon] Kee Berry bushes are found in the western forested section of this route.* * [Uncommon] White Herb plants are found in the eastern rolling-hill section of this route.*

Breezy Forest is aptly named due to the strange way the sea air carries through the trees. A hike through these woods is always refreshing. Many backpackers in the region call this their favorite trail. (It takes about 9 hours to walk this route.) Pokemon Families: * [Common] Kricketot and family are active almost 24/7. They are all along this route. * * [Uncommon] Cherubi and family are active during the day. They hide among bushes. * * [Uncommon] Buneary and family are active during the day. They hide in the forest brush. * * [Uncommon] Spiritomb are active at night. Leeman Trail] This large mountain trail connects the small farm town (Shamba) with the small mountain top town (Zanna). It takes at least twelve hours to navigate the rough trail, longer if you're not physically fit. There is also a stretch of this trail that leads to the ancient "Cloud Temple". The route has three distinct terrains: the North West's barren-rocky climb, the lightly vegetated South East climb, and the South West tropical plateau. Pokemon Families: * [Common] Ledyba and family are active during the day, in the North West stretch of this route.* * [Common] Sudowoodo and family can be found 24/7 in the South East stretch of this route.* * [Common] Spearow and family are active during the day, all throughout this route.* * [Uncommon] Hoothoot and family are active at night, all throughout this route. * * [Uncommon] Drampa are active during the day, in the South West and stretch of this route. * * [Rare] Pansage and family are active during the day, in the South West stretch of this route. * * [Rare] Wooloo and family are active during the day and found in the North West and South East stretches of the route. * * [Super Rare] Tepig and family are active during the day, in the North West stretch of this route. * Items in the Area: * [Common] Cheri Berry bushes can be found in the route's South Eastern and South Western stretches.* * [Uncommon] Coba Berry bushes can be found in patches in the South West part of this Route.* * [Uncommon] Rindo Berry bushes can be found in patches in the North West part of this route.* * [Rare] Leaf Stones can be found in the South Western stretch of this route.*

This long but straight trail cuts through Septoh's largest farming community; it takes about ten hours to cross on foot. The terrain of route itself is fairly uniform throughout, flat lands filled with crop and domesticated Pokemon. The only difference comes in WHO farms what land. The western stretch is farmed by the townspeople of Shamba. The eastern half, is farmed by Central Septoh representatives. And the southern stretch is farmed by private contractors working for the Ray family. Pokemon Families: * [Common] Ledyba and family are active during the day, all across this route. They like to eat crops. * * [Common] Sentret and family can be found 24/7, all across this route. They protect the crops in exchange for small nibbles.* * [Common] Patrat and family are active during the day, all across this route. The air is very dry here, but luckily, the river at the bottom of this canyon stays filled year around. Though, during the summer, it is more a stream than a river. Pokemon Families: * [Common] Meowth and family are active during the day. They hide in crevices along the canyon and feed at the stream.* * [Uncommon] Nincada and family are active at night. They can be found in the vegetation along the stream.* * [Rare] Pansage and family are active during the day. That is, if you don't deviate from the main route which runs along side the edge of the delta. If you venture too, far away from the delta, you can quickly become dehydrated in the barren quasi-desert environment. Venture too far into the delta, and the ground becomes unpredictably muddy. It is best to stick to the main route, unless you have experience with the area. Experienced tour guides can be found in Manu City. Pokemon Families: * [Common] Sentret and family are active during the day. They stay along the main path and the nearby parts of the delta.* * [Common] Poochyena and family are active at night. They live and play in the dry lands but visit the delta to drink.* * [Common] Sunkern and family are active during the day. They prefer to stay near the main trail, where they receive balanced nutrition.* * [Uncommon] Girafarig are active during the hours around dusk and dawn. They can be found in either the delta or the dry lands.* * [Uncommon] Komala are rarely ever active and live most of their life near whatever tree they've claimed. They can be found anywhere.* * [Rare] Bouffalant are active during the day. They travel in small herds, rarely leaving the muddy depths of the delta.* * [Rare] Blitzle are active whenever a storm is brewing, otherwise they rest. They can be found anywhere but are quick to run away.* * [Rare] Phanpy and family are active during the day. They travel in small herds far from the delta. On rare occasions they venture to the delta's edge when extremely thirsty.* * [Super Rare] Rhyhorn and family are active during the day and travel in small herds. They need very little water and, thusly, NEVER come close to the delta. * Items in the Area: * [Common] Figy Berry bushes can be found in and around the delta.* * [Uncommon] Maranga Berry bushes can be found scattered about the delta.*

This route is fairly short on the map, but the steep mountain side means the path makes many twists and turns. Towards the bottom of the path, closer to Jimmal city, the road is paved. To walk this path, it takes 10 hours. Experienced climbers (and trainers with Pokemon who know Rock Climb) can cut this time in half. Beware of Rock Slides. Pokemon Families: * [Common] Sudowoodo and family are active 24/7. They hide in plain sight among the trees. * * [Uncommon] Cutiefly and family are active during the day. They keep the area pollinated. * * [Uncommon] Drampa are active during the day, but they don't leave their mountain side caves very often. * * [Rare] Fletchling and family are active during the hottest hours of the day. They stay far from the main path. * * [Super Rare] Archen fossils have been rumored to be found in exposed rocks along this route, but they are impossible to spot if you don't know what to look for. * Items in the Area: * [Common] Cheri Berry bushes can be found all along this mountain pass.* * [Uncommon] Maranga Berry bushes can be found scattered about this route.*

This mid sized route is fairly easy to cross, about six hours on foot. The lands are flat and the road is straight. Straying from the main road isn't advised for those that have never been here before; the tall grass and uniform landscape make it easy to loose your bearings. It is advisable for first timers to book the services of a tour guide from Manu City, especially if you're looking for rare Pokemon. Pokemon Families: * [Common] Yungoos and family are active during the day. They are found all around these plains. * * [Common] Cubone and family are active during the day. They are found randomly around this route. * * [Uncommon] Girafarig are most active around dusk and dawn. They travel across this route in small herds. * * [Uncommon] Cutiefly and family are active during the day. They blend well with the scenery, but they are everywhere. * * [Uncommon] Komala are rarely ever active due to sleeping a lot. You never know when you'll spot one in a tree. * * [Rare] Kangaskhan are active during the day. There is very little vegetation along this route and it takes 12 hours to cross on foot. It is said that Septoh's first ever champion would often hike this route with his Pokemon to strengthen them. Now, there are small, un-maned, rest stops where one can find shade from the sun and water. You should pack your own food however, and don't stray to far from the path, because you won't find water anytime soon and you may get lost. The temperature is hot year around, and vegetation is scarce. During the hottest hours of the day, it is advisable to find shade or erect a tent to create shade. Food sources are fairly scarce here, so the Pokemon along this route tend to be more aggressive than Pokemon elsewhere. Like in many other routes in the deserts of West Septoh, you'll want to bring plenty of water to travel through this desert. The cacti and other shrubbery here are well adapted to surviving off little rainfall, but don't let the green scenery fool you. There are no rivers or even small ponds from which to drink, and it's near impossible to fully hydrate off cactus without getting sick. Though in a pinch, cacti may just save your life. Pokemon Families: * [Common] Cubone and family are active during the day and night. There is a constant struggle between regular Marowak and Alolan Marowak. * * [Uncommon] Maractus are active during the late evening and at night. Occasionally the ground will be solid, but at most times, you will be walking up and down sand dunes. Sound seems to be muffled in this vast wasteland, but at the same time, it is serine and relaxing. Though, this could all be explained through heat exhaustion, since this desert is, year around, the hottest in all of Septoh. Pokemon Families: * [Uncommon] Sandshrew and family are active during the day. They hide among the dunes. * * [Uncommon] Maractus are active during the twilight hours.
