- Posting IC will be immensely beneficial to you as a player. It is, however, not necessary. This is designed so that you can still send in your orders if you are too busy to post, but posting IC will provide a tangible bonus to your DRM (Die Roll Modifier).
- Each [b]Turn[/b] represents one In-Game Month. The player will submit [b]3 Orders[/b].
- Each order is then subject to a 1d6 roll. A 6 means a perfect execution and a 1 means a horrible failure. Posting IC gives you a +2 die roll to a single order, or a +1 die roll to all three. [Specified at the end of your IC post.]. This means that more active players are rewarded.

It passed with a 104-91 vote in the legislature. The initial rate, selected at 2% of a person's average wage was expected to bring in roughly $30,000,000 a year in extra revenue--but implemented starting August 1st, was expected to add only $13,000,000 for the remainder of the year.

Understandably, the general population was disappointed in the government taking additional interest in their lives. Some protests were held outside the national assembly, numbering only in the hundreds. Several members of parliament were harassed on their way to work but the situation never escalated to hostile.[/indent][b][h3]July 2nd[/h3][/b][indent]The government of the [b][color=beige]Coastal Empire of Tara[/color][/b] receives ten Forino Saetta's from [u]F.E.A[/u] in Vigentino, purchased earlier in June. The [b]Army Corps of Engineers[/b] were then assigned to dismantle five cars and work to design a military automobile of their own, the ideal goal of the design is the following:

- Lightweight frame and build.
- Must be able to carry 3 people.
- Ability to go aprox 15 MPH on unpaved roads and 20 MPH on paved roads.
- Have four wheels, an engine and frame (just like the automobiles in the west do).

Their work was expected to take some time, but Taran reverse engineering was dutifully considered to be some of the best in the Known World.[/indent][b][h3]July 3rd[/h3][/b][indent]
Requests to license production of new weaponry in the [b][color=blue]Kingdom of Illesia[/color][/b] were finalized with the following results:

1. [b][color=purple]Austerf MG05[/color][/b]: A Tyrian built machine gun. It was the second native designed light machine gun platform in the world and was the only license offered to the Illesian government at a potential cost of $1,500,000. The cost per weapon for production was $314. [[b]Illesia[/b] must [u]Accept[/u] or [u]Reject[/u]. Rating is 0.05. Illesia can name it's Licensed Version.]

[b][color=beige]Simon-Lowell Mark 1904[/color][/b]: Undeniably one of the most robust rifles in the world, the Taran built Simon-Lowell is a six round, bolt action rifle firing a 7.55mm rifle with exceptional punch. The license production was offered for $2,500,000 at a cost per weapon of $119. [[b]Illesia[/b] must [u]Accept[/u] or [u]Reject[/u]. Rating is 1.14. Illesia can name it's Licensed Version.]

[b][u]Second Tyro-Helroxi War[/u][/b]
[indent]The [b]Helroxi June 5th Offensive[/b] nears it's first month. The Tyrians have entrenched and functionally ended the violent attack with repeated creeping artillery barrages and concentrated fire. The Helroxi High Command orders the offensive [u]continued[/u], with two more infantry divisions are ordered to the assault, bringing the total to 60,000 men again. Antony Kylov's 90th Cavalry is ordered to act as a diversionary flanking force, but it will take several weeks to regroup his cavalry officers after being ordered to scout for weaknesses.[/indent]
