[@Searat]There are branches. Kind of like most governments. There is a Vampire king but no one has seen him in years. There is a grand council that is made up of Master vampires. There would be a master for each continent. Each continent would have Vampire Lords, kind of like Senators, who rule over a certain area. Griffin's site is head of the council for this area.
