Your character is pretty much ok, except by the fact that I can't allow a player to have a weapon with so much power as that Lance. You can remove it, or change it completely to something that's more balanced, then your character will be good for another evaluation.

Even if energy weapons are supposed to be powerful and rare, that's too much firepower. There's no such thing as anti-boss weapons, much less anti-raid boss/anti-building weapons, for obvious reasons.
