Okay, but again, you're reducing the discussion to collectives.  The whole representation argument (at least in terms of the entertainment industry) is focused almost entirely around [i]what[/i] a person is instead of [i]who[/i] they are and what they can do.  It's just looking at numbers, assuming there's a correct amount of gender (x) and race (y) people that should be in whatever given market, and attempting to force the supply to change regardless of the actual demand.
