A mix of government buildings and business offices. 2 - Pinewood Hills - A rolling estate through the hills full of upper and middle class housing. Generally seen as the more affluent area of Pinewood Ridge. 3 - Creek Plains - A Sprawling estate of lower class, older houses. Most aren't in the best of ways. There are many small one way streets than the map can show. Pinewood High is located here (The large white patch where the number 3 is) and is the start of the redevelopment of the area. 4 - Greenwich - You average everyday all good American suburb. Also contains the towns Mall, and a casino. 5 - Rivers Ridge - Just like Greenwich, just with no mall, or casino and alot more trees. 6 - Lowerton - A mix of trailers and more permanent trailer like homes. The poorest part of Pinewood Ridge. Has a Out of town mall as its only positive point 7 - Ridge Path - Winding roads, sparsely populated, leads into the mountains. [s]Perfect place to hide a body[/s]. 8 - Rose Park - A upmarket suburban district. Full of nice quaint homes. Seen as the next most desirable place if Pinewood Hills is out of your budget. 9 - Tavios - One of the first residential districts of Pinewood Ridge, contains alot of expensive, and sometimes run down period and earlier houses.
