[@Barrett] You very well could make a sheet for old Ra'as. It'd be interesting to see how he's faring in this future. You're also free to roll with Nightwing as a character, but I would recommend that you collaborate with [@BlackSam3091], who is planning to play Dick's son with Barbara. 

I was planning on having Nightstar, a daughter of Dick and Kori, be a prominent NPC as well. Is this ok with you? Any conflict with what you envisioned for Dick's romantic life could be explained as Dick being a lot like his adopted Dad haha.
