[@Polyphemus] That's a great idea. Mexico is basically on the verge of collapse now due to Cartels clashing with the LoD-affiliates and the government basically being ineffective to combat either. There's a lot of talk from some people in the US of even annexing Mexico to instill order. This new Vigilante would fit in very well with the situation.
