He posses extreme Super-human strength, Super-human durability and an adaption ability that allows him to form a minor resistance to things that can injure him. It doesn't make him invincible and it only activates if he survives whatever brought him to the brink of death. It it kills him, he's dead.
[sub][ ◈ ] L I M I T A T I O N S // W E A K N E S S E S[/sub]

Viran's strength is close to but not quite on the same level as Superman. He doesn't have the ability to leap tall buildings or fly but he can level rather large buildings with a few hits and can shrug off conventional fire-arms. and The big thing about Viran is that his durability can be worn down by an opponent of equal or greater strength over time. His adaptation ability can overload his body as well if it activates too often which requires a few days of rest and medical treatment. The adaptation ability doesn't make him invincible, it something completely overwhelms him and he isn't able to adapt to it, he will most likely end up the ground either dead or badly injured. Viran's big weakness is psychic abilities. He has no defense against attacks against his mind or psychic attacks.
[sub][ ◈ ] B I O G R A P H Y[/sub]

Viran's earliest memories are dreams. Dreams that seem to hold no context to one another. Brief visions of him befriending others like him, and then later on seeing them screaming and running from them. He sees them firing weapons at him. He sees them cowering in front of him. And once in a very great while, he hears a single word in his dreams: "Obey" Not much is known of how Viran came to be stuck in a small ship drifting out in space. Viran himself doesn't know. All he knows is that once in a great while he can feel the ship shudder as though something is hitting it. The Cryostasis field he is in prevents movement and slows down his biological functions to a crawl. He is aware that time is passing but he has no idea how much time has passed. The cycles seem to fly by in his semi-awake state. He can feel the ship moving once in a while but that's it. One of the dreams that seems to be pretty consistent is one that he has of some sort of flying ring hitting he ship. He doesn't know why it's relevant but he knows that it's somehow important, he just doesn't know how. All Viran knows is that he's been drifting through space for a long time. Many years passed and Viran's ship came across some sort of spatial anomaly that transported him across the galaxy where Viran crashed landed on a small red planet in an unfamiliar Solar System. Although his ship was badly damaged in the crash and the Cryostasis equipment failed leaving a very disoriented Viran wandering the empty surface of Mars. The minimal atmosphere eventually began to get to him. When Viran was running out of strength, he became caught in a dust storm. He had finally resigned himself to the fact that he was going to die on an unknown alien world when he saw a figure emerging from the dust storm. Viran didn't get a good look at him before he finally passed out. A few days later, he woke up in some sort of underground cavern to see the figure from the dust storm looming over him. For a brief moment, Viran assumed he was dead or dying and this was either a hallucination or some kind of afterlife but then the figure spoke. "You are safe now." Viran found out from the figure who he learned was named "J'onn J'onzz" that he had landed on a planet known as Mars to the local inhabitants and that his ship was in no condition to fly again. All while J'onn spoke, Viran couldn't help but feel an overwhelming feeling of guilt and rage and sorrow but he couldn't place it. Viran doesn't remember much, but he does have a vague memory of J'onn placing his hand on his head and then falling asleep. When he awoke, the feelings he couldn't place were gone and J'onn was standing over him with his hand extended towards him. "Your mind is filled with chaos and overwhelming dread. I can help you, if you wish." He told him. Viran eagerly accepted the help and over time, Viran's troubled mind finally began to calm. He enjoyed his time among the colony of Green Martians and grew to see them as family. He couldn't remember his own family from his home world so it was a welcome change. He was fed and clothed and even took inspiration from J'onn while creating his own costume. From J'onn and the others he learned of the concept of mercy and developed a strong sense of justice. Over time, he learned more about the events happening on Earth and learned more about the Justice League and the Legion of Doom and the Cold War that was occurring. After a number of weeks of thinking, he made the decision to ask the man he was becoming to think of as a Father Figure more about the Justice League. After a number of questions were asked and some serious thinking on Viran's part, he asked if there was someway he could help the League. Viran's motivations are pretty straightforward. He wants to stop the Legion of Doom and any and all other criminal activity he can find. At some point he hopes that he will get his memories back but he knows that's very unlikely considering the doctors told him they were most likely gone for good. He has a strong sense of justice and would like to see the Legion defeated and each and everyone of them brought to justice. He doesn't believe in killing his enemies but he will take them out of commission via non fatal injuries if it needs to be done. Any DC media or comic continuity can apply here and of course you can have many sources for one character.
