[@Polyphemus] Sounds like an awesome idea to me. I'll probably have the first JL mission happen close to the border, that way Vig can interact with the other Leaguers organically. I'll PM you my ideas for that plotline idea and how we can work Vigilante into that. 

[@Barrett] Superman revealed himself around 2017 and Batman achieved recognition during that period because of the public's interest in costumed heroes, but Batman could have been operating earlier depending on if anyone wants to play him or develop his history further. 

That sounds good to me. Dick might have served in a mentor role to the Titans for a while similar to Starfire, so the timeline is fluid but the late-twenties to thirty range for her sounds good. That way, Dick might even have a grandchild in the Titans whose Nightstar's kid. 

[@BrokenWashing] Good with me. Any plans on tying in Swamp Thing's daughter, Tefe Holland? She'd be old enough to have kids of her own, so perhaps Swamp Thing has a grandchild who's an eco-terrorist or something. Just my two cents. 

[@golani] Donna Troy and Barda would be welcome. [@Lucian] was going to make a demigod PC raised on Themyscira so if you roll with Donna, they might have shared history. If you do run with either of them, I'm probably gonna PM you my ideas for related NPCs. 

As for Blink, the RP is focused on DC-related properties, so unfortunately she wouldn't fit in this RP. There is an RP going, Ultimate One Universe, in the casual section that is melding both universes though. For this RP, you could always play an OC who is inspired by the character. 

[@Chev] I would expand on what Viran's weaknesses are as well as the upper limits of his strength and his endurance. From the sound of it, he doesn't have superhuman durability which is a good balance to his strength. Origin wise, it'd probably make more sense for this uprising to have occurred far in the past and he's been in cryogenic slumber since then and simply drifted into Earth's orbit, as the Computer Tyrants would probably have long since been overthrown by Braniac. 

I would also add more to his personality to flesh him out further as a character. I'd also detail what his uniform is like to pair with the picture you provided. It's unclear if that's his skin or clothes due to the color palette. 

Once that's all done you should be good to go.
