Dylan Howard was preparing for his first day at King’s Academy. Currently, that meant that he was getting dressed for school. Looking at the uniform, he hoped that it wouldn’t be too hot. Dylan was still struggling to find clothes that he was comfortable in, having not adjusted to Florida’s weather yet. Perhaps he would go shopping after school today, if there wasn’t too much homework to do. Dylan checked the weather on his phone to find out that it would be, unsurprisingly, a hot day. It was at this point, wearing only a towel from his shower, that his door opened, and his brother, Paul walked in.

[colour=336501]”Paul! What are you doing?”[/colour] Dylan shouted out, making sure that his towel was held up around his waist, as Paul waked up to his mirror.

[colour=0e33b8]”Just seeing how I look in this uniform, my mirror isn’t big enough,”[/colour] Paul replied, turning around to look at Dylan, [colour=0e33b8]”What do you think?”[/colour]

[colour=336501]”I think I still need to get dressed and you’re in the way of that,”[/colour]

[colour=0e33b8]”Alright then, but hurry up, we’re about to leave,”[/colour] Paul said, before leaving Dylan’s bedroom, shutting the door behind him.

Five minutes later, Dylan emerged from his room, walking downstairs and into the kitchen, where he grabbed a breakfast bar from a cupboard.

[colour=854442]”You’re finally ready then?[/colour] Kate asked from the kitchen table, standing up and reaching towards the triplets’ car keys, before Paul grabbed them.

[colour=0e33b8]”Don’t worry, sis, I’ll drive today.”[/colour] Paul told her ask he began walking towards the front door, Dylan following.

[colour=854442]”Trying to impress the girls already?”[/colour] she asked, scoffing a bit.

Paul stopped where he was and turned around to face his sister, [colour=0e33b8]”That’s cute, Kate, but I don’t need to try,”[/colour] he grinned, before resuming his path out of the house and into the front seat of the Mercedes convertible that their parents had bought as a joint gift to the triplets now that they’ll need to drive more. Stepping into the passenger seat, Kate continued her laughter, [colour=854442]”You are so far up yourself, I’m not sure we should even send a rescue party,”[/colour]. In the back seat, Dylan chucked at the insult, [colour=336501]”He’d probably just try and seduce the rescuers, anyway,”[/colour] he added as Paul pulled out of their driveway and on the way to their new school.

As they pulled into the gates of the school, Dylan’s eye was drawn to the girl with her arms crossed by the gates, and he winked at her, [colour=0e33b8]”No need to frown now, babe, your day just got a lot better,”[/colour] he called out.

[colour=854442]”Wow, Paul, we’re not even in the car park and you’re already hitting on girls.”[/colour] Kate said, shaking her head.

[colour=0e33b8]”You don’t ask, you don’t get. Well, maybe more in Dylan’s case,”[/colour] Paul told Kate.

[colour=336501]”What’s that supposed to mean?”[/colour] Dylan asked from the backseat.

[colour=0e33b8]”No offence bro, but you’re not exactly a chick magnet, are you?”[/colour]

[colour=336501]”I could get a girl!”[/colour] Dylan futilely tried to defend himself.

[colour=0e33b8]”If you say so,”[/colour] Paul chuckled as he finished parking the car and got out, with Kate and Dylan following.

As they took in their new school for the first time, the three triplets looked around to see what their next year was going to be like. Spotting Johnny, Dylan told his siblings, [colour=336501]” “I’m going to go over to Johnny, I’ll see you two later.”[/colour]

Watching as Dylan walked off, Paul said to his sister, [colour=0e33b8] “I’m going to go and look around, see what this school has in stock,”[/colour] before walking off himself.

Left on her own by her siblings, Kate sighed, [colour=854442]”I guess that leaves me to be the responsible one and try and find a reception or something,”[/colour] she said out loud to nobody in particular, before going off and trying to find somewhere that could tell her how this school works.

Arriving at Johnny’s car, he saw that some other people were also here, assumedly Johnny’s friends. [colour=336501]”Uh, hey Johnny,”[/colour] he said awkwardly, not knowing what to say to the other people.
