[@golani] Yeah that'd be perfectly fine, it's your character after all. Donna Troy sometimes has a rather confusing origin though so I would agree that just making her Diana's blood sister is probably for the best. 

Would you be ok with there being an NPC Leaguer, Darkstar, who is Donna's son with Terry Long? You have full control over the details of Donna's romantic life, but Darkstar could be explained as being a child she had with Terry before they divorced, if you wanted her to end up with someone else.
