There is a big difference between wanting to run a sword threw someone and actually pointing a sword at them. I want to run people threw everyday I don’t do it and neither did Cloud. As for yelling when one is screaming because they are scared sometimes the only way to get through to them is to yell or slap them, Cloud went for the nonviolent measure.
