[@Ciaran] would it be alright if my character came from a town with more significant disease issues? If you'd like to discuss that further we can sort it out over PMs or something, also would you rather characters were neutral or good?  I think mine sorta borders evil, assuming you're using alignment at all.

Oh yeah and variant humans cool? They're part of the PHB but they're fairly strong so thought I'd check.
