[@golani] Everything is looking good. Is it possible to tweak Donna's powers? We already have one tank type and Hawk also had a Kryptonian in the pipe. I don't want things to get too slanted in terms of power levels on one side. 

Donna can retain the strength and the speed and what not, but is it possible that she'd be affected by small arms weapons and what not? In the comics Diana has been shown to have resistance to blunt force but not piercing damage and energy. Your PC would still have those nifty gauntlets and shield to protect them and would still be a force to be reckoned with.
