If Lochlan accepts, how should we decide the victor of the race? I think Eevee has a higher speed stat in-game, but at the same time ICly Netali has been training her Skiddo to be fast as possible.

I'm not sure if [@Inkarnate] wants to bring too many game mechanics into here, so maybe he could add some input.
