And if she likes you well enough Carolina will be a very close and protective friend towards those she considers family. 

Carolina at times can be very hardheaded on certain things, and will usually stay until something is complete she is very stubborn as well. She will become shy again however if someone that she cares or is close friends with betrays her trust and usually she tries to avoid making any sort of eye contact with that person. And when it comes to other subjects like love and stuff, she is easily flustered when that happens as well.
