Name: (How would they introduce themselves) Age: Gender: Species: (If not human, please describe the species here) Appearance: (What do they look like?) Abilities: (What special skills/abilities, if any, do they have?) Special Weaknesses: (Do they have any unique weaknesses? Allergies, Phobias and more extreme weaknesses go here.) Weapons: (Do they carry any weapons with them? Also, if your character has a gun, please mention how much bullets they have. Keep in mind that bullets are very hard to obtain, so you're not likely to have a lot of them.) Items: (Do they carry anything special with them?) Backstory: (This is where your character's past goes. Optional but recommended.) Other: (Other info that doesn't fit in other categories goes here as well.)
Reposting the Character Creation Things to make them easier to find.

As said before, if properly balanced (aka with significant limitations or downside) I might accept a character with powers listed here. - Flight, Hovering. - Telekinesis, Free Telepathy (aka Telepathic Communication with Anyone), Teleportation, other ‘Tele’ powers. - Immortality and Similar Abilities. - Anything related to Time-Travel, Telling the Future, Altering the flow of time, etc. - Invisibility, Incorporeality (apparently that’s what it’s called). - Things that are obviously overpowered. Like I said, Common Sense is a thing, use it. - More things to be added later when I encounter them/think of them.

You’re free to create a Species for your character if you want to play something other than a Human, but you’ll need to send me information about the Species first so I can accept them and stuff.

As mentioned in the Interest Check, this World’s Tech Level is a sort of Steampunk Era. Steam Power is used to power large machines, and due to the scarcity of alternative fuels, this is likely to remain the case for the foreseeable future. For overland travel, the fastest and most popular method is by train, as there isn’t really any alternative that can compete with a trains speed and strength. Travel by Sea is mostly done with Sailing Ships due to Steam Ships being too expensive for most companies operating ships. Air travel, meanwhile, is basically non-existent. Airships are in their infancy, and are unlikely to ever take over Trains or Ships, except maybe for luxury travels.

As for weapons, firearms exist but are hard to obtain. Most nations have tough restrictions on them, making both the guns and the ammunition expensive and difficult to obtain (to the point where they’re quite often illegal to have when you’re not a soldier on active duty). Even so, all guns are single action, not double action/automatic. these are the different kinds of firearms: - Revolver: The classic six-bullet firearm, revolvers are the most common and popular firearm. - Pocket Pistol (Derringer Style): A very small two-bullet gun, Pocket Pistols are used for self-defense or assassinations as their small size makes them easy to conceal. - Coachgun: A double-barrelled shotgun, Coachgun pack a massive punch at close range, but don't fare well in long-range combat. - Marksman Rifle: A single-bullet rifle that often comes with a scope, these weapons are perfect for picking off targets from a distance. - Repeater Rifle: An expensive weapon that can carry seven bullets. The Repeater Rifle can be fired quite rapidly, but when shooting more slowly is quite accurate Due to the difficult-to-obtain nature of Firearms, older weapons are still very common and very popular. Melee weapons like swords and axes and such, and ranged weapons like bows and slings and similar weapons make up the bulk of what people arm themselves with. Magic, of course, also exists. Learning magic is possible for most people (except those who are born with a strange immunity to magic), but without proper teachers it can take months or even years. Magic comes in all sorts of shapes and sizes. Casting magic drains one’s energy, meaning that if you cast too much of it you can can run out of energy and thus fall asleep/lose consciousness. The immunity to magic mentioned above is a strange trait more and more people are being born with. It makes the person unable to cast magic, but also makes them immune to things like curses and direct Magic Attacks. It doesn’t, however, protect them from things like magically-created fire or magically-launched projectiles and similar things.
