He always had a terrible habit of not being able to wait for long periods of time. If he was going to ask someone to meet him somewhere or wait in a line, he expected the overall waiting time to be less than five minutes - which fell perfectly in Sonny’s lazy nature. Just as much as he was likely not to fully commit to certain things, he also didn’t have the mental capacity to be kept waiting. And after just five minutes, twenty seconds since he last received the text message from Marisol, Sonny had enough of this waiting. One, he didn’t particularly care for the area he was in. Granted, he chose it because he thought they would all get some grub before the first series of bells sounded off, but from the time it took for Sonny to send that group text to the amount of time it took for him to get a response, then the time it took for him to have enough of it, Sonny literally did have enough of waiting. As soon as Sonny grabbed a small breakfast sandwich from the cafeteria, which had just barely opened, he rushed to the parking lot. He knew that’s where anybody who was anybody was hanging around. When he got there, however, he just didn’t realize just how many people he knew would also be there. Right away, he spotted at least five people he recognized. Just a few steps in, he saw the usual suspects doing their usual suspect things. He happened to spot Kavi do his usual tormenting of Elijah. Sonny had no intention of starting his school year off by getting into a verbal-turned-fistfight with Kavi, so he left him be. For now. His eyes rolled as his feet started moving, hearing people bicker, hearing them talk about people bickering. At some point, Sonny tuned them out. If he didn’t, he was likely to drive his own self crazy by resisting the urge to punch out every single one of these people in the mouth. But that just took too much energy that Sonny didn’t want to waste. Good thing, too, because he saw one of the most annoying people he had ever had the pleasure to know walk past him: The Senior Class President, Victoire Bailey. He knew exactly how she felt about him. Good. He felt the same way. “Fucking bitch,” Sonny muttered to himself, turning around so he didn’t have to face her wrath. And when Sonny’s eyes turned to face directly to the parking lot, just sitting there he saw the very people he wanted to come to him. Oh you have to be shitting me. Sonny was not a happy camper, but more so because there he saw Archer, Marisol, and fucking Kavan (other Kavi, if you will) all appearing to have a fucking blast, meanwhile Sonny was left alone, waiting by the cafeteria like some kind of loner loser. No way, Jose. This was not going to fly by. They will not hear the end of it. He casually walked up to the group, giving them a wave. “You guys really suck. You kept me waiting for a whole five minutes.” Sonny bitched, giving Marisol the stink eye. “Oh hey, it’s Prince Ali. How’s Jasmine?” Sonny gave Kavan a little smirk, though his eyes fell on someone, feigning the visage that something caught in his eyes. “Damn that fairy dust..oh, it’s just Archer. What’s up, boyo?”
