So, thinking something along the lines of "animal manipulation" or "Beast Master" type ability, without it seeming too magical as you'd expect in something like D&D, lol. 

But it'll def be telepathy based, and limited to animals and/or possibly insects, to an extent.

btw, [@Ruby], where does this start out? Are we all living together in a makeshift settlement in the wilderness like in the movie, or a Government facility of some kind in Canada?
