Scott Kollins drew the issue Sep posted a page from, and while the man's a pretty amazing artist on most of DC's characters and my second favorite Flash artist ever behind Francis Manupal, he has always sucked at drawing Batman for whatever reason. He draws the cowl all wrong, the cape is usually off, he adds unnessescary spikes to the suit. He just never draws a Batman that's on the level with the rest of his characters.
