Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Penelope moved to Virginia when she turned 16. She is a tall girl in fairly good shape. She's bright, polite and likes to laugh. She is a good pal to have around, but she is not a great nor even a good friend to rely on. Penny does have issue with doing things that she does not like to do. That being the case, she had problems with the school educational system and as a result she became home schooled and terrorized many a tutor and learning education centre.

Her family adorably calls her 'Peaches' due to her middle name being Princessa and her family's love for the Nintendo Mario series. 

The Kruegar family of 2 relocated to Charleston, West Virginia due to a job opportunity that Penny's dad, Davon, received from his hotel employer. He finally got the promotion he wanted as an assistant hotel manager but had to relocte here with his eccentric daughter. But this also allowed him to move far, far, far away from his psychotic ex-wife, Patricia. Patricia was a bit of a junkie that was abusive to both he and Penny and so a formal restraining order had been place on Penny's biological mother. Several times Patricia had broken the restraining order and was currently serving her final year in prison for breaking Penny's arm. 

Prior to that incident, Penny was still a forgiving and well adjusted child. She always kept her chin up and held a stiff upper lip no matter the turmoil of her home life, whether finacial or abusive. The tall girl was well on her way to a clear cut goal as a promising singer/dancer. But soon enough the mental and emotional strain finally got to her during all the testimonies and proceedings in the family and federal courts. One could pin point that moment in her life when she began to only pursue and care about things that she wanted only to do or found interesting.

And of course her interest was in all things musical and dancing related. She never got into relationships or friendships probably due to trust issues, but if you got past the aloofness, she actually is a fun person to be around, if a bit flaky. She plays lots of instruments and is always be willing to entertain you with songs and/or dances. But don't expect her to stay loyal or close to you for long, if at all. She will drift back to her own self-interests and lone wolf type ways. But if she really does like you or she finds you interesting don't be alarmed when she shows up on your doorstep with some food to invade your home with or tickets to a concert that same night that she will demand that you get dressed and come with her.   

And so now she is in Hinton because her dad just got a recent promotion to be [i]the[/i] hotel manager for one of the company's hotels out here. It has only been six months since she's been here but she currently is enrolled in the both the most prestigious music and dance academies here. She's doing well and actually made a friend-- well something reeeeeally close to a friend by Penny's standards. Her name is Meaghan. She's blonde. And she just graduated from Summer County HS. They both go to the same dance academy and it seems that Penny has developed something of a crush on her new acquaintance. 

For her 19th birthday, Davon got Penny a brand new car. And so Penny actually offered to drive Meaghan to the party. And it seems as if Meagan is trying to lure Penelope to go into the house party with her... [/hider]
