One moment everything was fine, the next lights out, tear gas in along with jetpack bastards jumping in like some space crickets. Who on earth uses jetpacks for an ops like this dammit. You use rope! A normal god damned rope. She could see them clear as they even in the darkness because she could see the jetpacks. The not so stealthy tool of the trade. Sure jetpacks would make great soldier equipment on hard terrain, but yeah... Clara's first job was to duck out of the way and not get trampled by the stampede of civilians panicking like headless animals without guide. She pressed herself against a wall, waiting for the trickle of people to stop for a moment before she got into action. Even in this darkness you could see the the security was already doing it's job. Flashes of lights could be seen which indicated different kinds of weapon fire that was flying all around. Some machinery was being busted in the air so she assumed some of the jetpack fools were being brought down too. Still she kept away from the places where hte tear gas was at, she didn't have a helmet after all at most she had a pair of glasses in her pocket. Then an opportunity came. Originally she would have preferred not to pick up a gun because she wasn't with the security and she could very well easily be mistaken for a collaborator for these terrorists, but she didn't get much of a choice as a fool aimed at some civies. The fool was even landed!" Ohh no you don't." She growled and tackled him. Frankly didn't take a Hercules to take out an unsuspecting man especially when she jumped on him from behind. With a trained move she spun around him, disarming him by twisting his arm to a near breaking point before pulling his sidearm which was a pistol and without wasting time she pressed it at his head, pulling the trigger. There was a flash of light and in the same moment something hot splattered across her face and torso. She knew it was blood, but didn't care. She was used to taking lives in gory fashion.' So much for my retirement...' She thought as she grabbed the man's rifle and pistol for her use for the moment. Then she opened fire on the still buzzing in the air jetpack users. Next time she was bringing some undercover gear even to na event like this.
