[@Squirrel98] A couple of things. Explain why her relationship with her parents is so distant. Not even calling them "Mom and Dad" is pretty extreme. Also, her power is a bit much to start out with. A 9-year-old shouldn't be able to interfere with international travel. Maybe pick one aspect of the weather she can manipulate to start with, like conjuring a wind. Don't worry, there will be room to grow.

[@SlayyyGirl] Your character seems quite a bit overpowered as a starting point. Dodging bullets and kung-fu toddlers is definitely a bit much as a starting point. Keep in mind, you'll have room to grow into your powers as the RP progresses, so bullet-dodging will be a possibility in the future. But, maybe innate martial arts would be a good starting point for you. Also, if she is very nice why is she perceived as mean? Does she hang out with a bad crowd? That part just doesn't make sense to me.
