And hey look at that a post! It has everything: some feelings, a bad fight scene, some more feelings!, a flash back, some more dialogue and writing in a language that most of you don't understand. It has everything! Anyway y'all find my nominations and such below.
Best Character: Thor ~ [@Lord Wraith]
Wraith this probably a testament to your writing more than anything else, but I've enjoyed and more importantly had fun reading every post you've written so far. Blake/Thor and the entire cast and crew all just jive and flow real easily together. All in all 12/10 needs more sex scenes though.
Best Character Concept: Captain Mothertrucking America ~ [@Eddie Brock]
I'm pretty sure I mentioned it to you already but I love your rendition of Steve. How just by forcing Steve to go the long way through time changes a character so much and allows you to explore some very cool and interesting ideas. [sub]Also I'm sorry about not replying to your PM. I keep on getting sidetracked. I'll reply soon I promiseeee.....[/sub]
Best Character Development: Superman ~ [@AndyC]
This one was hard but I had to give it to Andy. Mostly because I've written Superman's stories before and it is far from easy. You run into the same problem that everyone who writes for Superman. How do you humanize a god? And yet Andy has manged to do this and more. Making us see somewhere in Clark's big beefy center, the Superman we all know he can be. Yet at the same time still managing to potray him as vulnerable, inexperienced and still most importantly of all maybe the most human of us all.
Best Story: The Life and Times of John Constantine ~ [@Byrd Man]
Alright for those of you that know this one is probably a little bit biased. I'm a fan of all things spooky, Gothic, Lovecraftian and magical in all its varieties. Heck the first time most of you met me was with my own take on everyone's favorite shit-eating wizard. And like Byrd is already one of the best writers on the Guild so he already has that going for him. But like really, do I need to explain any more than I already have? You've all read the posts. They all be awesome.
Best Post: The World Turned Upside Down by [@Morden Man]
This is the first time I've seen anybody either in RP or the actually comic book industry for that matter, use the fact that the world of comics is filled with alternate universes for something of merit. And that is saying something. (Okay maybe that one episode of the Brave and the Bold where Batman and Abraham Lincoln fight Steampunk John Wilkes Booth also counts, but still.)
The John Lees Memorial MVP Award: [@Master Bruce] as Himself
First for being the catalyst for drawing all us chucklefucks together. Second for allowing me to steal Natasha from you, cause you already a plot in mind and you could of just said no but you give me a chance and that says a lot.
And an honorable mention goes to [@Inkarnate]
For A: Dragging me out of my slumber to give another go at this. And B: For being way too kind of a person for saying nice things about the words I write because He, I, and everyone else knows they are shit. ;)
