Ashley began taking a few steps back, slightly concerned  about her companion's coughing fit. If he started getting sick or something that would be bad. She kind of wants to keep him around, not that he was a great conversationalist, she just didn't want to be alone right now.

"[color=82ca9d]Whatever caused the cave-in is probably is busy with that so we could slip past it. can you still walk?[/color]" referring to his leaning on the wall and apparent difficulty breathing.
