-	Assassin: trained for a time with The Whisperers, an ancient mystical assassins cult of Roh.  Silent movement, killing from stealth, armed & unarmed combat.
-	Courtier: Raised in a noble court.  Etiquette & manners, "reading" a room or a group of people, working knowledge of several languages.
-	Minor magic:  he knows a few small spells, like purifying small amounts of water, mending, very low-level, practical stuff
-	Desert survival: it comes with the territory.  Locating food and water, avoiding natural dangers, following trails.

Bio: Rasa was born into a family of academics in service to the court of a powerful emir of Roh.  He built a reputation as a savvy and charming young man, and was in high favor at the court.  At the emir's request, Rasa joined the mysterious Whisperers, hoping to infiltrate the group as the emir's spy.  Rasa learned quickly, and the leader of the order assigned Rasa the task of assassinating the emir.  Rasa fled the group, but before he could report to the emir, word was leaked that Rasa was attempting to carry out the assassination.  With no immediate chance to clear himself, Rasa had no choice but to flee north.  He is aware has been targeted both by The Whisperers and by agents of the emir.
