I left a few key words out of the CS, now added.  Not sure what other info you're looking for.  There's family, upbringing, training, current status.  What else would you like to know?

The Whisperers do not have to be a major player.  They can be a background nuisance, a source of vague rumor, the backers if an inconvenient surprise attack, or they can shrug and move on.
