I need to show this quote to my parents b/c as a sophomore last year I mentioned an interest in joining the military and they just about died :/  So then I tried to explain that if I join the JROTC this upcoming semester, it doesn't mean I'm obligated to join the military, but it will certainly help with skill building, leadership, and also break me out of this shell I've been in forever. 

I mean, I might be petite and weigh like 100lbs wet, but I'm pretty sure I'm not the first one to want to join the military! :cool
