As the girls upstairs were settling in Misako was in her lab. Misakos hair pinned up, her glasses on the desk, along with her feet. This wasn't her ideal situation. After all no one in the present was suppose to want to visit such a violent and chaotic era. Anyone with half a brain was suppose to be happy working and living in the utopia the corporations provided. At the very least they were suppose to read the fine print warning labels before constructing a temporal rift generator! Misako felt frustrated and unappreciated. This was suppose to be a do nothing job with a good government pension at the end of her term. There was never anyone who was suppose to be smart enough to actually build a T.R.G. and not have a plan to get back! Misako folded her arms under her chest and pouted. Now she was stuck here with her. This primitive tech was really a pain to upgrade so that she could use it properly. Every single device had to have a complete rebuild. The only thing that made it bearable was her matter reconfigure wrist device. The thought of having to actually rewire, find components, and program all this to suit her needs would make her want to quit! At least she had the five uneventful years in the company. Which meant that in a mere twenty years she could retire and return. Misako sighed and continued building more equipment for her long term assignment. The screen on her wrist turned red. "What?!" Misako looked a little panicked. She needed more raw material! Where was she suppose to get that in this era?! Her training kicked in as she expanded the screen on her wrist to a holographic three dimensional display. She needed to buy some raw materials. Making a list she sent it to Miso. The company forbade her from interacting to the contaminated timeline at all. Everything had to be done through the anomaly. Miso was standing there in front of Yuki who had heard Misako but still looked for Miso to confirm. "No' utilities are included. Food will be individually purchased. I'll chip in on the weekends for a pot luck. We only have one bathroom on this floor so the four of you will have to share. There is a second restroom on the first floor. As Misako mentioned there will be a choir list and the basement level is off limits. My room is in the loft area for any requests questions or stuff like that. If there's nothing else I'll be downstairs talking to Misako."With Yuki giving a half smile and soft shake of her head she returned to her room to unpack while Miso walked downstairs to the basement. Miller was just standing there listening to them talk as she heard all the answers to the questions she would have asked. Returning to her room to unpack. She didn't have much but her clothes needed to be set out and hung in the closet. She opened the door to see there was no traditional mattress and pillows. It was more of a college room with a western bed and set up. Even though the mattress was a full it was a little disappointing to be an exchange student and not get the culture immersion. Miller would bring it up in conversation later tonight for now there was a ton of unpacking. All the girls spent their time rearranging cleaning dusting and unpacking until it was dinner time. Coming down to the kitchen with the sweet and spicy smell of curry. Misako was wielding three pans and a ladle in her teeth. Her hair pinned up as she moved from one burner to the next. Stirring, tasting, adding, and tasting again. "Five minutes to perfection. Miso bowels, Miller cups, Yuki I need you to get me some water." The first meal was a quiet one to start. Until Miso finished the first bite.
