Saber: Sigurd, the Dragon Slayer
GTFO, Wild Lands, Western Fuyuki
It moved. The tree move, and the forest with it, as if it was a great beast waking from a mighty slumber. Wait....no, that's exactly what it was. A great beast, a living thing that would seek out and devour prey like a bear arising from a long slumber, or a dragon woken by a challenger before it could get a bite to eat. He had already set fires through much of this forest on his way in, at the speed servants are capable of. And yet, he could feel the mana cut off, and instinctively fled from the forest in a haste. As a servant, no mana was a death sentence. If Gudrun had followed him here, he knew for a certain she'd have left as well after feeling that, waiting for him just outside at least. That much he was confident in without a doubt. Though he hadn't destroyed the larger center tree, which only seemed a bit singed at he moment, much of the forest was still on fire just fine and was spreading quickly. If nothing else, this being could be burdened by the fact its mass was on fire, and that fire was spreading. Maybe it could be driven to the ocean. Maybe it would stop for a time. There was only hope for what his actions could accomplish in the end, but he has seen a vision and gotten word on the winds and such about another thing. Another target. Something that almost made the hero grin ear to ear, if he wasn't so stoic as he was normally. A DRAGON Yes, something that potentially more so than this forest would sly and eat without hesitation, a beast that was faster at least than this thing. A hero's work was never done, was it? It seemed not, but if he were going to defy the fate that could befall this place, then he would have to first take down this dragon. For now, he was at least out of the forest, but he knew where to go next without a doubt. He knew his wife would be there by his side, herself able to put up a fight as well. And they would need to work together for this task, as it seemed. "Gudrun, my dear, there is a dragon." That was all that needed to be said right now, truthfully. Such was the nature of a married couple who coukld read each other like an old worn book, such was the nature of the man who was Gudrun's husband that she knew so well and loved so deeply. A dragon meant great danger, a ferocious thing, something to be ready for. It was time to see if the legend of the King of Noble Warriors and his wife could add another page to it this day. [@Phonic]
