She tends to wear more combat oriented clothes, but freeform clothes in combat. They’re usually just pants and shirts with light chainmail on her body to help block lethal blows. As for civies, she has a tendecy for dresses, jackets, and tank tops with shorts.

There is one simple motto in Mikayla’s life and the one she lives by: Enjoyment and Excitement. Her life is shaped and driven by those two words and she does enjoy them like any normal person would. Social events, music, festivals, fireworks, etc. But then there’s the things she enjoys that the normal person wouldn’t, such as warfare, bloodshed, the scent of fire and brimstone, carnage, etc. There’s just always something about the more “terrible” things in life that always just put a smile on her face and made her feel so blissful. Her two favorites of such things is, as anyone might guess from her profession, taking the life of another and seeing how others react to certain things. She’s a rather social person as well, though that helps to mask her inner manipulator. Despite how awful she is as a person, she’s actually a riot at parties as well. Most would say she’s downright festive and a natural. Her flirtatious side is also something that people tend to enjoy, though it’s usually just used to annoy them or get a reaction out of them. However, she isn’t keen on two things: unintelligent malevolence and people depending on talent.

Mikayla is easily a trickster type of fighter, relying on misdirection and sabotage to win her battles. She has a large arrangement of poisons at her disposal that she, more often than not, applies to her weapons with antidotes usually on standby. She generally chooses to unnerve or use psychological warfare on her targets to create more openings or make them act sloppier in attacks. Nimbleness and agility are easily two things she excels at, but her ferocity is also something terrifying. She can easily attack harder and faster to pressure her opponents down or simply go for the famous death-by-a-thousand-cuts method. That being said, her defense aren’t the best, though she can definitely take a few hits. Her weapon speciality is knives, daggers, short swords, bladed gauntlets, and a special fingertip clawed glove that she’s personally made. She also has an assortment of disorienting items, such as smoke bombs. Funnily enough, she rarely uses her magical abilities.

There’s always been one trade secret in the...less than societally approved lines of work. Never give too much info on everything you’re about unless you have to. That’s something that’s always stuck with her. Mikayla’s past before her profession as a hitwoman and mercenary is not known to very many people, outside of the ones who she’s known in that past. She notes, however, that this job and the road leading to it were all her decision and one that she’s always felt she’d thrive in. Ever since, she’s been a fairly known name in the underground, though by the codename “Jellyfish.” An expert in poisons and weaponry, nearly every mark she’s been assigned has been a success. Because of how covertly she operates, usually targeting only those with their own blood on their hands, most of those outside the criminal underground don’t have her as much of a blip of her on their radar. Her ease at disguising herself, depending on the mission, helps quite a bit too. As far as most know, she’s been in the business for about 7 years, each year being a better payout for her than the last. However, recently, she’s taken a lull in her hits and has reportedly been more relaxed in terms of her operations. The reason is anyone’s guess.

One of Mikayla’s deepest and innermost loves is to see people brought down to her world. Seeing a man or woman who is usually apart of the norm, though sometimes not, be turned into a blade for cutting down others is something that gives her immeasurable satisfaction. Though, she doesn’t get to do it very often.
