Golden Quarter, Grocery Side Chiyo was reserved as they walked. Hands crossed behind her back, eyes glancing about, and mouth open in an attempt to mimic what a look of awe would be. It was indeed a lot of tasty looking things scattered between the many dozens of stalls and Master Gris Ayt Forye continued his due dilligance as a providor for his young accompaniment / stray while handing out precious coin to many demi human vendors. Each one held themselves cooly but Chiyo knew they were anxious to stay in high favor with the big named spenders circulating their businesses. Their own reputation soared every time someone of Foryes standing visited, common gossip no doubt whispering favor to other vendors ans buyers alike. Good service was all too rare it seemed. Her musings were little more than a way to pass the time as little Chiyo kept pace with the crew bustling about on a shopping trip. Nothing of worth caught her eye or tickled her curiosity as the vendors passed one by one, so when Master Gris finally spoke to her Chiyo feigned like she had only half heard. "Ehh?" A little gasp for effect sealed the act, her head turning left and right to view the many carts and their wares for something more.. personal.. than food. There had been a few vendors selling exotic weaponry for exotic prices but their quality wasn't worth a tenth of the coin they wanted. Memories not her own had taught her how to find an item worth having and how to care for them too. "Y-you are too kind. Chiyo doesn't want anything. Already had so much from you, Master!" That much was truth, Chiyo flashed a wide and rare smile reserved only for Gris. Their blind acceptance of the vagabond had been a stroke of luck and their hospitality knew no bounds. As time had marched on she had stopped taking what he offered, almost embarassed at his open charity. "I wouldn't dream of taking anything more from you kind sir." While she detested bodily contact of any kind, even with Gris, hugging the Oni Man was becoming something of a habit that wasn't such a bad thing. More and more thoughts along that line had become commonplace nowadays.. "Maybe we can find a nice treat for the others, they work hard!"
