The one the sisters came up with on their own.

Step 1: signal it (alarms)
Step 2: whoever didn’t set off the alarms uses their powers to get free and kill
Step 3: kill kill kill kill
Step 4: free others if possible if not screw them
Step 5: get out and repeat Step 3 as necessary.

None of them know it was Alaia who initiated the plan unintentionally.
