Plus, it was hard to gauge the activity of those in charge (one had left the RP staff entirely), which made it harder for new people to join due to needing two staff members to approve their sheet, before it was bumped down to just one. By then, people started discussing what to do with Expanding Horizons as it was dying off, until the announcement of the Star Wars RP which essentially drove the final nail into the coffin. It's been dead since then.
