[color=e6a049][b][u]Quirk drawback and limits: [/u][/b][/color] Mizuki’s Quirk’s major drawback is that when she sleeps her dreams become manifest in the real world meaning that when she sleeps she must do so alone and at a distance to others (50 meters). Mizuki’s waking drawback is that her quirk can activate whenever she becomes emotionally excited dragging her and everyone within 50 meters of her into her illusion until she can calm down or is rendered unconscious. 

[color=e6a049][b][u]Bio: [/u][/b][/color] Mizuki is and orphan who was abandoned at perhaps 6 weeks of age and even though many tried the first year of her life to find who her parents were they always came up empty. Raised in the Tokugawa institute for girls till the age of 9 Mizuki was born with horns that quickly grew and revealed themselves to be actually antene which she used to broadcast random illusions as early as the age of 4 which was the reason she wasn’t adopted. 

Eventually she was adopted by Ani Roscoff (Mindbender) and her wife Miyuki Kowa (Siren) at age 9 both women having Quirks that helped them with their daughter’s bouts of spontaneous projection Ani’s Telepathy and Miyuki’s vocal Quirk coming in handy to pull her out of her dream catatonia.

It was both her mother’s efforts that helped Mizuki gain the amount of control she presently has and why when she graduates the Academy she will join the all Women’s group called “The Sisters of Steel” whom her mothers belong to.
