Actually, that was something I was planning on doing in a later part of the story - to have a learning machine to help with the fighting. It does exist, but at where we start in the story it'll be fairly experimental and not ready for battlefield testing.

Don't worry, I will allow people to have more than one character in the RP as long as they can handle it.
